The thesis is based on a grinding and classification control system of Huanggang mining industry in Inner Mongolia.It analyzes the ball grinder and classification control system in dressing plants and presents the implementation of muti-variable system according to fuzzy control way.In the premise of ensuring powdered iron granularity,the mineral dressing ball grinder classification control system focuses on the increase of the handling capacity of 3.2m×4.5m ball mill and trying to improve the grinding and classification efficiency.After analysis of the ball grinder classification situation,it is put forward the Fieldbus control system scheme.The grinding and classification control system is the grinding classification and classification feeding control system.Because the grinding and classification process is a process with large inertia,long time lay and it is a typical nonlinear time-varying system,it is difficult to establish a precise mathematical model.Only adopting PID control scheme failed to achieve stable operation and couldn't meet desired control effect.Fuzzy +PZD is used in systems by considering the technological characteristics of the grinding and classification process.This control scheme makes the process of grinding and classification steady by optimizing intelligently.It avoids the occurrence of 3.2m X 4.5m ball mill over-load during grinding process.It is sure the stability of PID control system and makes the fuzzy control system contain a lot of influence.It improved the efficiency of the whole system.This control system has been into practical use in three-region of Huanggang mining industry.It selects the actual data about the production and quality of mill feed control system and mill grinding density control system to analyze in this paper.Site operation shows it works well.Then it achieves the forecast aim of this task.
