With the improvement of life quality,the fitness industry has been the rapid development of fitness has become a kind of fashion,at the same time the enterprise is also a corresponding to the fitness equipment innovation,research and development put forward higher requirements.Fitness bike is a popular indoor fitness equipment,which can improve the leg muscle strength,enhance the respiratory system and cardiovascular system function.To this,this study developed a multi-functional interactive fitness car.Its characteristic is the hands,hips and feet and changing in the process of riding,the rider on the pitch,increase the amount of exercise.Fit the characteristics of bullfighting,is a better bionic mechanical design,to a certain extent,improve the fitness of the fun and exercise effect.This paper is mainly about the design optimization of the size of the matador fitness car.On the basis of the structure of "Matador" fitness car,a mathematical model for the optimal design of "Matador".And the use of mixed programming of VB.NET and MATLAB by way of the optimization algorithm of the complex method is used to calculate the fitness car thought of mathematical model,and then use the VB.NET design "Matador" fitness vehicle movement simulation program simulating the motion of body-building vehicle.Set different parameters for different groups of people,and for special populations to optimize the structure of "Matador" fitness car,wheel structure fitness car matador was optimized to strengthen the fitness riding and safety,to meet the different needs of different groups of people.Further improve the fitness car market process.
