| The mine main ventilation system is responsible for the ventilation of the whole mine.And existing usually adopt parameters real-time monitoring and control system for mine fan monitoring method,using single index to call the police,so easy to the mine ventilation system evaluation is not comprehensive and cannot fault alarm in time,make the monitoring data can’t play a proper role.In this paper,based on the characteristics of such monitoring,application of typical data and software algorithm,and mainly studies a kind of suitable for production of large-scale,real-time monitoring and control system for mine fan intelligent safety evaluation system and the fan fault prediction system,mainly for the following:1.First introduced the mine main ventilation system and the type of the mine fan,works,the shortage of mine safety monitoring system and ventilation system safety evaluation of the key factors and the common faults of blower system,locating the key link in the process of research.2.Discussed the modern security evaluation strategies such as fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,grey relational analysis and BP artificial neural network,and put forward a security evaluation strategy based on distance discrimination.Monitoring data are discussed in detail alarm mode,regular overhaul mode,offline data analysis,such as modern way of fault diagnosis,fault diagnosis strategy is proposed based on least-square method,and verifies the distance criterion and the performance of the least square method.3.Based on the security evaluation strategy and fault diagnosis strategy proposed in this paper,the implementation steps of the corresponding safety evaluation method and fault diagnosis method are discussed in detail.With air volume,air pressure,and electrical parameters of the main system on the basis of characteristic parameters such as the simulation to study the different parameters of evaluation prediction,safety evaluation method is verified with comprehensive evaluation characteristic of real-time and reliable prediction and fault diagnosis method is advance fault and other major features.4.Based on the design of the ventilation system safety discriminant strategy and the ventilator fault prediction methods,completed the mine fan control system and PC monitoring system,on-line is verified in a laboratory safety judging and fault forecasting theory and the feasibility of the method.In this paper,the ventilation system of on-line safety evaluation strategy compared with the general safety evaluation strategy with real-time and comprehensive,perfect the single index or an off-line security evaluation strategy of defects;In this paper,the on-line fault prediction diagnosis method is more advanced than the general real time fault diagnosis method,and the fault of the fault prediction method is improved.If applied to the ventilator control system,can improve the safety of the mine ventilation system is running,save the repair and maintenance cost of fan,can prolong the life of the ventilator,reduce the number of major accidents,improve enterprise comprehensive benefits.The conclusion of this paper is of reference to practical engineering. |
