With the continuous expansion of industrial production scale,its safety,stability and cyclical operation is even more important.Based on the background of domestic bio-fermentation of butanol,the raw materials and products have flammable and explosive,toxic physical and chemical properties,and the hazard identification,pre-hazard analysis,chemical process fault diagnosis and safety evaluation Research,the safety of the chemical industry has a guiding significance.(1)This paper first introduces the properties,applications and characteristics of butanol,the technological methods and domestic production status of butanol were described.On this basis,the technology and method of producing bio-butanol in Clostridium fermentation were studied.Identify potential hazards in the process.(2)Based on the introduction of the production process of butanol and the identification of the risk of the production process,the preliminary risk identification and classification of the process are carried out.On the basis of the identification and analysis,the risk source Pretreatment process for PHA analysis,pointed out that the chemical process there is fire,explosion,poisoning and other accidents.(3)The basic principle and method of fault diagnosis of butanol distillation process are introduced,and the significance of fault diagnosis in chemical production process is expounded.The method of fault diagnosis is described and characterized.The butanol distillation process is used as the specific research object.According to the characteristics of the distillation reaction and the process information acquisition,the expert system fault diagnosis method is applied to the Fault Detection and Diagnosis of Butanol Distillation Process.(4)Based on the research status of safety evaluation at home and abroad,combined with the characteristics of butanol distillation process,the main hazard sources in the process of butanol distillation are analyzed,classified and analyzed.The unfavorable factors that harm the safety of butanol,the potential hazards of flammable and explosive,harmful major hazard safety assessment and according to the evaluation results proposed measures to control the risk and methods to achieve the purpose of safe production.In this paper,through the biological law of butyl alcohol process safety research for the chemical industry application system security analysis and safety evaluation provides a reference and theoretical significance.It is of practical significance to the future safety analysis,chemical process fault diagnosis,accident safety evaluation,accident risk control and safety management level in the domestic and foreign chemical industry.
