Research On The Relationship Between Safety Climate And Safety Training Investment

In recent years,with the rapid economic growth,the process of industrialization has been accelerating,the people's physiological needs have basically been met,and the public's security needs and information exposure have raised safety concerns.In the field of production,how to ensure the efficient and safe production is the top priority.In the various factors affecting the safety,the security environment caused great concern in academic circles.However,due to the differences in research objects,theoretical perspectives,and analytical methods,it is difficult to reach a consensus on the understanding of the security atmosphere,resulting in a wide range of research findings related to the security impact of the security atmosphere.At the same time,the foothold of corporate security work relies heavily on safety training,and one of the core elements of training quality is the level of employee learning.Therefore,how to guide employees in learning behavior,motivate their learning motivation,and enhance their study the level of investment is very important.Few studies have so far explored the relationship between safety climate and investment in safety training and the role played by learning motivation.Therefore,regarding the influence of the safety atmosphere on employee safety training investment,it is necessary to introduce learning motivation factors for research.This paper clarifies the safety atmosphere scale applicable to Chinese enterprises,develops a learning motivation scale applicable to the company,and quantitatively and qualitatively discusses the influence mechanism of safety atmosphere on employee safety training investment.An in-depth analysis of the mediating role of learning motivation in the process was conducted.This article mainly completes the following three aspects of the work:1.Collect relevant literature at home and abroad based on the general research conclusions of scholars at home and abroad and the logical relationship between the research subjects.Using literature research,interview feedback,theoretical development,and discussion and analysis methods,we determined the safety atmosphere scale applicable to Chinese companies,developed a learning motivation scale applicable to companies,and enriched the safety atmosphere theory and learning motivation theory.2.Discovered the mediating role of learning motivation in the safety atmosphere affecting the degree of safety training investment.The new content of "security atmosphere-learning motivation-safety training" has been added to the theory of safety atmosphere,and the mechanism of different dimensions of safety atmosphere has been discussed to influence the different dimensions of safety training through learning motivation.3.Based on the research and analysis of the safety atmosphere and safety training investment,it proposes measures to improve the safety atmosphere and makes meaningful explorations to enhance the learning motivation of workers and improve the effectiveness of safety training.
