In recent years, with the development of science and technology and the upgrade of safety protection equipment, the level of hardware protection of coal mine employees has been increasing year by year, but coal mine safety production accidents still occur frequently, and the individual-level influence factors displayed by them have been widely studied by the academic research community.attention.Although various coal mine companies have invested a lot of time and money in safety management and control, how to implement scientific and effective incentives has become a major issue for enterprise safety management and sustainable development. This article mainly explores the impact of incentives on safety behaviors and the intermediary role of safety motivations. From the individual level, this paper analyzes the behavior of coal mine employees under the influence of corporate incentives and self-safety motivations. This article first summarizes the theoretical results of research on motivation, safety motivation, and safety behavior at home and abroad, and combines basic theories such as the hierarchy of needs and motivation achievement theory to "incentive-safety behavior"and "motivation-safety motivation-safety behavior"."As the research object, put forward the theoretical model of this study, and put forward research hypotheses based on the analysis results;further, starting from the actual incentive status of China's current coal mining enterprises, with the help of literature review methods and group discussion and interview methods, respectively,Incentives are divided into material rewards and non-material incentives;safety motivations are divided into mandatory safety motivations and autonomous safety motivations;safety behaviors are divided into safety participation behaviors and safety compliance behaviors. Then refer to other research literature scale items to compile a questionnaire for incentives in coal mines, and then use the relevant data collected in the preliminary survey to complete the quality model test for the questionnaire.By choosing three mines in Huaibei Coal Mine Group for questionnaire survey, and then using SPSS24.0 and Amos24.0 and other analysis software for variable correlation analysis, hierarchical regression analysis and structural equation analysis, finally verify whether the hypothesis and model are established. The relevant conclusions reached are as follows:1.Incentives have a significant positive impact on safety behaviors. In the sub-dimension,material rewards have the greatest impact on safety compliance behaviors, and non-material incentives have the greatest impact on safety participation behaviors.2.A hierarchical regression analysis method and the method of constructing a structural model were used to verify the role of the security intermediaryThe results show that in addition to the compulsory role of all incentives in the impact of material compliance on safety compliance behavior, the rest of the safety motivation sub-dimension also play a part of the role of mediators in incentive influence security behavior.Based on the results of the above research,it can be known that managers of coal mining enterprises can formulate corresponding targeted incentive policies and a scientific and comprehensive incentive system based on the individual needs of employees and the actual situation of the enterprise based on the individual needs of employees.Figure[21]table[80]reference[90]...
