At present,with the continuous improvement of Advanced Aero Engine Technology,the application of thermal spraying technology is becoming more and more extensive.However,the size and surface quality of parts processed by thermal spraying technology are far from the general design requirements,which requires subsequent mechanical processing of coating parts to ensure that the size and surface quality meet the design requirements.The relevant contents of the paper are as follows:First of all,In order to get the appropriate combination of cutting parameters.Combined with the cutting test of nickel based composite powder thermal spray coating parts,this paper focuses on the influence of cutting depth,feed rate and cutting speed on cutting force and surface roughness.From the analysis of the experimental results,the cutting depth has the greatest influence on the size of the cutting force in the three cutting parameters,and the effect of the cutting speed is the second.In the measurement of the surface roughness of the nickel based coating turning,it can be seen that in the three cutting parameters,the feed rate has the greatest influence on the surface roughness of the coating,the cutting speed is the next,and the cutting depth is the least.Secondly,In order to explore the change of the coating structure during the turning process.By knowing the relevant assumptions and the theoretical basis of the finite element simulation method,it is judged that Abaqus can be used to simulate the simulation of finite element cutting.According to the actual machining parameters,a two-dimensional finite element simulation model of the coating turning is established.Observing and simulating the cutting process,getting the simulation results,comparing with the actual cutting measurement results,verifying that the finite element simulation method can be applied to the research of turning process.Finally,In order to study the bonding strength of the coating after turning.The scratch method is selected as the method of testing the coating bond strength according to the shape size of the specimen and the test equipment.The paper uses a self-made scratch test system to carry out experimental research.When the load is applied vertically to the coating material to reach 438 N,the coating material begins to crack.When the applied load reaches 563 N,the bonding strength of coating and substrate is destroyed,the coating failure occurs.
