| With global economic business development,NCK Company,a world famous sports and fittness company,how to select and objectively evaluate its material supplier’s performance is one of important features of the company Supply Chain Management.A good supplier evaluation system enables the company to select right suppliers and objectively review each supplier performance.To establish NCK Company supplier’s selection and to upgrade performance evaluation process to enable suppliers to make continuous improvement and dynamic changes.It helps to build a long-term,win-win relationship between the company and the superior suppliers.It’s essential and of priority for NCK Company to establish material suppliers selection process and develop a better system to assess and record each supplier performance on price,delivery,quality,service and social compliance.The proper KPI defined can help NCK company to understand each material supplier’s performance.The superior suppliers could be developed and the bad performance suppliers to be abandon.The upgraded evaluation system approved to be fair and applicable for the supplies.It has mutual benefit to both NCK Company and the suppliers.In this thesis,based on the NCK Company strategic plan,improper KPI defined on original process,the author have done a survey to study NCK Company current situation against the Balance Score Card(BSC)theory,to understand the weakness points and made a proposal to upgrade the supplier evaluation system.The upgraded material supplier evaluation system exhibited the supplier benchmarks and inspired other domestic brands to study it.It improves the simple calculation method and upgrades supplier chain management process.The goal is to achieve between NCK Company and material suppliers win-win relationship and NCK Company brands sustainable development.That system is adopted by modern and global manufacturing industries. |
