Research On The Performance Management System Of HX Sanitation Company

HX sanitation company is a state-owned enterprise by the institution and,in the critical period of sanitation reform,especially the overall market after the company will directly face the challenge of market competition,various risk management encountered more and more,and there are many problems left over by history system,facing the company the situation is more serious,in order to survive and develop,must improve their competitive ability,and strengthen management,establish and perfect the performance management system is to improve the enterprise management efficiency,the key to improve their competitive ability.Through literature research,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,this paper clarifies the problems existing in the performance management of HX sanitation company,and makes a deep analysis of the causes of the problems.On the basis of this,a set of practical performance management optimization scheme is designed.This paper studies the following objectives:1,Through the questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,the problems existing in the performance management of HX sanitation company are combed,and then the causes of the problems are analyzed in depth;2,Starting from the problems and causes,based on the strategic objectives of HX sanitation company,the performance management system of HX sanitation company is designed and optimized by adopting the combination of Balanced Scorecard and key performance indicators;3,Taking the market business department of HX sanitation company as an example,the detailed implementation process of the optimized performance management system is described in detail;4,Evaluate the performance management optimization scheme,analyze its advantages and disadvantages reasonably,and give the conclusion.The innovation of this paper is the innovation of the research object.HX environmental sanitation company is not only a restructuring enterprise,but also a city environmental health management enterprise,which belongs to the public service field.Aiming at the problems of performance management,this paper designs the optimization and improvement plan of performance management system of HX sanitation company under the guidance of modern performance management theory.The discussion of performance management system and performance management mode of HX sanitation company can not only provide new ideas for modern performance management of restructuring enterprises,but also provide reference for other urban sanitation management enterprises to explore new performance models.
