Study On The Ecological Civilization Construction Of Representative Region Of Suzhou

The process of urbanization development in South of Jiangsu area,due to rapid increase in size in the process of construction and development,regional environmental quality and ecological capacity decreased significantly,resulting in a negative impact on the regional natural environment and cultural ecological protection,while increasing the difficulty of the ancient city of South of Jiangsu ancient town,and other historical and cultural heritage,regional exploitation have a negative impact on the ecological environment for a long time.The contradiction between the economic development and the worsening ecological environment,the contradiction between population growth and the worsening ecological environment,the contradiction between the industrial structure and the construction of ecological civilization are highlighted in three aspects.With the rapid urbanization,Guo Xiang Street area highly representative of the South of Jiangsu area as the research object,with the urbanization process in the region as the starting point,based on the "active" concept of urbanization,analyzes the contradiction between the development of regional urbanization in the process of economic development,city scale rapid growth and the construction of ecological civilization and actively explore the countermeasures to solve the problems,the construction of South of Jiangsu rapid urbanization region typical ecological civilization construction mode.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Rapid urbanization in South of Jiangsu the key problems of ecological civilization construction combing.The construction of ecological civilization in South of Jiangsu rapid urbanization has the advantage of the natural environment and the geographical advantages,cultural and economic advantages;restricting factors include industrial structure constraints,resources and environmental constraints,infrastructure constraints,public awareness of constraints.(2)The construction of regional ecological civilization construction index system of South of Jiangsu rapid urbanizationThe construction of ecological civilization in South of Jiangsu's rapid urbanization area can be divided into four levels: ecological economic construction,ecological environment construction,ecological Huimin construction,ecological system construction and ecological culture construction.Based on four levels,aquantitative index system of ecological civilization construction is proposed,which consists of 29 single indexes.(3)The mode of ecological civilization construction of South of Jiangsu Area Rapid UrbanizationThe construction of regional ecological civilization construction mode framework of South of Jiangsu rapid urbanization,and put forward the concrete construction measures from the 5 aspects of ecological civilization,ecological civilization,economic civilization,ecological human settlements ecological system civilization and ecological culture,and to measure the feasibility and goal reachability analysis on Ecological Economic and environmental benefits were predicted.
