Evaluation And Path Research Of Ecological Civilization Construction In Jiangsu Province

Currently accompanied by rapid progress in the overall industrialization of society rapid economic development,a series of ecological and environmental problems arose.Due to the unrestrained development and utilization of natural resources,fossil energy and water resources by mankind,the imbalance between supply and demand of natural capital,global warming is unstoppable,and water resources are in short supply.The related social development has become a global problem.Faced with such a severe situation,At present,people need to do more than just conform to nature,but also respect the laws of nature,work together to protect the natural environment,and cultivate the healthy concept of ecological civilization,and building an ecological civilization can we achieve the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.The evaluation of ecological civilization is the foundation and prerequisite for building an ecological civilization.At the 19th National Congress,President Xi Jinping once again emphasized the strategic concept of building a good ecological civilization.The construction of ecological civilization itself has gone from prosperity to retrogression.The deterioration of the ecological environment cannot be ignored.Now that a new strategic height has been raised in the revival of ecological civilization,it must have its economic,political,and social significance.This study selected Jiangsu Province as the research object,taking the issues of resource exhaustion,global warming and water shortage,and social development as the starting point,and put forward the ecological pressure index,greenhouse gas emission related index and water-related pressure index and social development index.It is an evaluation system of ecological civilization and has delineated the level of ecological civilization.This article first analyzes the supply and demand balance,the characteristics of greenhouse gas emissions,the balance between water supply and demand,and the level of economic and social development in Jiangsu Province from 1993 to 2016.Based on this,the level of ecological civilization construction in each city of Jiangsu Province and its Jiangsu Province was studied.The overall analysis,and for the results of the assessment,proposed the development strategy for the construction of ecological civilization in Jiangsu Province.The conclusions are:(1)From 1993 to 2016,the per capita ecological footprint of Jiangsu Province increased by 4.77%annually,while the biological carrying capacity changed slightly,the ecological pressure index increased by 0.044%annually,and the ecological safety level fluctuated.It has been in poor(?).From a spatial point of view,the degree of ecological safety of Suqian(IIa);Yangzhou has a medium degree of ecological safety(IIb);Lianyungang and Changzhou belong to(?b),and the degree of ecological safety is very low;The rest of the cities have extremely low levels of ecological safety(?c).(2)From 1993 to 2016,Jiangsu Province's total GHG emissions and per capita GHG emissions increased by 13.56%and 10.87%respectively.The GHG emission scale ranged from a low(Ic)in 1993 to an extremely high(?c)in 2016,with an average annual increase of 12.91%.From a spatial point of view,the emissions level of Suqian is very low(Ib),and the emission levels of Lianyungang,Huai'an,Yancheng,Changzhou and other cities are characterized as low(Ic);Yangzhou and Taizhou emission levels are characterized as middle and lower(IIa);Nantong emission level is characterized as medium(IIb);Wuxi and Zhenjiang emission grades are characterized by higher(? a);The Nanjing,Suzhou and xuzhou emission grades are characterized as very high(?c).(3)From 1993 to 2016,the per capita water footprint in Jiangsu Province changed little,with an average annual growth rate of only 0.25%.The water pressure index changes slightly,and the pressure levels are always very high(? a)and very high(? C).In space,the pressure levels of Suqian and Zhenjiang are extremely low(la);Nanjing,Changzhou,and Taizhou have lower pressure levels(Ic);Nantong and Yangzhou pressure levels are middle and lower(IIa);Huai'an and Yancheng pressure levels are medium(IIb);Wuxi pressure level is high(?b);The pressure levels in Xuzhou,Suzhou and Lianyungang are extremely high(?c).(4)From 1993 to 2016,the average annual growth rate of the Jiangsu Provincial Social Development Index was 2.80%,and the level of social development has always been between middle and lower(IIb)and higher(Ic).In terms of space,the level of social development in the cities is classified into three levels,and Suzhou is a class with a high(Ib)level;Among the higher(Ic)grades are Nanjing,Wuxi,Changzhou,Nantong,Yangzhou,Taizhou,and Xuzhou;Among the categories that belong to the upper(IIa)level are:Zhenjiang,Huai'an,Yancheng,Lianyungang,and Suqian.(5)From 1993 to 2016,the ecological civilization index of Jiangsu Province dropped from 0.29 to 0.099,an average annual decline of 4.74%.The level of ecological civilization has dropped from very low(? B)to very low(? C),and the level of ecological civilization has decreased.In space,the ecological civilization level of Suqian is upper middle(?a);Yangzhou ecological civilization level is medium(IIb);Changzhou has a lower level of ecological civilization(?c);Zhenjiang,Nantong,Taizhou,Huai'an,and Yancheng have lower levels of ecological civilization(? a);The ecological civilization levels of Nanjing,Wuxi,Suzhou,xuzhou and lianyungang are extremely low(?c).(6)Jiangsu Province can be divided into two major ecological civilization types:?and ?.Type ? areas should vigorously develop ecological industries and green industries,and implement development models such as ecological agriculture development model,ecological industrial park model,and construction of water source conservation functional area model.Area ? should adhere to the road of combining low-carbon and cleaner production,and promote the development model of characteristic tourism,new energy development model and recycling of water resources.
