As people's life becomes more and more stressful,sleep problems become a problem for many people.The comfort of bedding fabrics plays an important role in improving sleep.Due to the country's respect for green products,natural fiber bedding fabrics are also popular.Therefore,the research on natural fiber bedding fabrics has great significance.This article is to choose wool and linen bedding fabrics,study their thermal and wet comfort performance and dynamic thermal and wet comfort,and study the fabric style.This subject mainly carries on the research from the following content: to select the plush fabric thermal comfort,wet comfort of relevant tests,the results show that the plush fabric compared with the cotton fabric,the plush fabric warm feeling is stronger.With the wool content decreased by 10%,the thermal resistance decreased by 8%,and the maximum heat flux increased by 3%.This indicates that the warmth of the fabric decreases as the plush content decreases.Compared with cotton fabric,wool fabric permeability slightly increased.Cashmere fabrics have the highest average air permeability,which is 17% higher than wool-containing fabrics and 22% higher than cotton fabrics.In terms of moisture permeability,wool-containing fabrics are the largest,followed by cashmere-containing fabrics,and finally cotton fabrics.In the liquid water transfer index,when the wool content of wool fabric is 15%,the comprehensive index of liquid water dynamic transfer is the best.After the fabric has been brushed,the warmth of the fabric is enhanced.Grey clustering analysis was used to rank the thermal and wet comfort of plush fabric.For different contents of hemp fabric,compared with cotton fabric,it is found that the thermal resistance is small and the maximum contact heat is large,indicating that the cool feeling is enhanced.Because the specifications of several kinds of linen fabrics are different,grey correlation analysis method is used to analyze the relationship between thermal and wet comfort of fabrics and fabric specifications.It is found that the fineness and compactness are the main factors affecting the thermal comfort of hemp fabric,while the compactness is the main factor affecting the wet comfort of hemp fabric.The transient thermal comfort between different types of fabrics(plush,hemp,cotton)and human skin was subjectively rated by subjective sensory evaluation.At the same time,it is found that the temperature and humidity of plush fabric is higher than that of hemp fabric when the fabric is in contact with human body.The subjective sensory evaluation method is used to subjectively evaluate the feeling of coldness and warmth between different types of fabrics(fleece,linen,and cotton)and human skin.Plush fabric brushing improves warmth.When the hemp content is 62%,the coolness is the strongest.Testing the transient heat and humidity data when the fabric is in contact with the human body,it is found that when the temperature and humidity reach equilibrium,the temperature and humidity of the plush fabric is higher than that of the hemp fabric.FTT fabric touch sensor was used to test 18 physical indexes of 14 kinds of fabrics and analyze them one by one to get the fabric style characteristics.The SPSS software was used for the principal factor analysis of 18 indicators in the fabric touch tester,and finally three main factors were obtained,namely compression and deformation factor,cold and warm factor,and smooth factor.Finally,compared with the overall style of hemp fabric,the first six kinds of plush fabrics have a better sense of fluffiness and fullness,which is more suitable for winter.In terms of heat conduction factor,the score of cold and warm feeling of plush fabrics is higher than that of hemp fabrics,which indicates that the warm feeling of plush fabrics is stronger than that of hemp fabrics.In terms of smoothness factor,the degree of smoothness of hemp fabric is lower than that of plush fabric.
