In recent years,brassiere because of its smooth seamless surface and good wearing comfort,it has become an independent school in underwear category,gradually being loved by the public,has become an important part of the bra products.In the garment industry in the production concept of "personalized tailored" has become increasingly mature,which also affected the lingerie industry,"personalized customized bra" gradually into people's vision,the demand for personalized personal clothing to people's underwear.However,for the study of personalized brassiere aspect is very little,we generally believe that the brassiere process is relatively simple,only need to press for pressing the sponge cup can,in fact,how to accord with human body curve surface design module in the chest,so that the process in fitness and comfort are relatively high in this the part is more complex.In order to solve the existing enterprises in the mould design problems,reverse design methods to remove the existing bra pattern design unreasonable subjective design and cumbersome,the brassiere can realize industrialization more tailored and each one can form the bra size based on the wearer,to the production of personalized brassiere custom mode--"one cup" customization,which is the ultimate purpose of this thesis.The main research contents of this thesis contains: 1)through the practice research of bra enterprise,that enterprise is committed to achieve the production process and customization of personalized brassiere requires the existence of the problems to be solved to improve gradually,clear research direction.2)analysis and measurement of human body shape of the female breast,female breasts get feature points and feature curve,and extract the related points and cup cup type curve in which the analysis and design in the cup cup type restriction between these points and curves.3)the theoretical basis of "one cup" design idea of classification,and between human body feature points,each level needs characteristic curve and levels of cup based constraints,finally establish a cup laying a solid relationship model.4)through the analysis of the above discussion,the constraint relationship between the completion of all levels of bra cups geometric elements,and the establishment of the association between one or two and three level model of bra cups.5)finally,combined with the complete relation model of basic parameters of the human body at all levels based on the brassiere,brassiere design module based on surface modeling technology in UG modeling environment,virtual try on results and completed in Marc brassiere on the human body,for wearing comfort,evaluation of extrusion state test.The results of this paper is put forward the "one cup" based on the design idea,the size of the details with the 3D extraction of human body measurement technology,design and implementation of three cups in model brassiere UG modeling environment,and will result in the Marc finite element simulation environment for virtual try on.For the enterprise personalized brassiere provides a more targeted,more standardized design idea and Realization method.
