The rigor of the petrochemical process and the complexity of working condition can always cause the leakage accidents of the pressure vessel and the pipeline.In addition,because of the characteristic of the long period operation and the process of the device,it is not easy to replace the leakage position immediately.As a result,how to plug the leakage effectively without stopping the device is a technical problem which the researchers focus on.Therefore,the research object of this study is the FL1219 split repair clamp.Firstly,the thesis adopts the method of structural elastic finite element to get the displacement deformation and stress of the discrete points of the structures.Secondly,the study evaluates the structural performance by using stress analysis method(strength design criterion)and deformation analysis method(stiffness design criteria).At last,the thesis will carry out the optimal design for the clamp according to the modern optimization method.The main content and conclusions:(1)This thesis analyzes the design method of the simple pipe clamp in the existing literature and provision.Take the FL1219 split pipe repair clamp for example,built a finite element model,which is based on the suitable material properties,unit type,grid and boundary conditions,for the large and complex structures.The analysis,which focuses on structural strength and stiffness under the effect of loading by using the conclusion of finite element,gives guidance for the finite element analysis of the pipe clamp of the large complex structure.(2)According to the conclusion of the finite element analysis,the clamp is optimized by reducing the thickness of the clamp plate to lose weight and increasing the rib plate to get rigidity.It is concluded that the performance of the optimized clamp is not lower than the original one,and at the same time the weight of the clamp is reduced by 26%.(3)In the whole process of the analysis,using the APDL language to write the ANSYS program of clamp parameterized model can modify the parameters conveniently and raise the efficiency of the design.(4)The evaluation of the performance of the optimized clamp,which based on the sealing performance of the existing clamp,provides the researchers with a new way of thinking.The research results of this paper provide a reliable data for the design of the type of split pipe repair clamp.
