Study On The Rural Domestic Garbage Disposal In The Construction Of Ecological Civilization

With the deep development of opening up and economic reforms in our country,agricultural production,economic development and living standards of our country's peasants have increased gradually.In a result,the number of rural domestic garbage is increasing rapidly,along with the composition of garbage has changed greatly.However,due to lack of effective garbage disposal facilities and operation management mechanism,as well as the peasants' awareness of environmental protection is not strong,most of domestic garbage are burned and piled up at random.The problem of rural domestic garbage pollution is becoming more and more serious.Since Tianjin began its clean village operation in 2013,the management of rural garbage has been regarded as an important part of the action.It has emphasized on the disposal of waste disposal facilities,the centralized sanitation of environmental sanitation,and the improvement of village long-term management and protection mechanism.After years of efforts,the management of rural domestic waste has achieved a stage effect,rural villages and the ecological environment has improved significantly,while there are still some problems in the village.Based on a comprehensive analysis of relevant literature review data at home and abroad,guided by the Public Governance Theory.This study takes some peasants in X district as the survey object,analyzes the existing problems of rural domestic garbage treatment in X district.These problems are mainly reflected in five aspects:the number of garbage increases rapidly,the garbage classification progress slowly,the refuse collection facility lags behind,the waste transfers secondary pollution,and the harmless treatment capacity is insufficient.Then,the conclusion is drawn after summary analysis as follows:the weakness of management system,less aware of environmental protection,absence of environmental control measures and low level of sanitation.All of these factors result in the current mess.Finally,on the basis of this study,I propose a series of suggestions.Among them,I innovatively put forward the point redemption scheme,arouses the enthusiasm of the peasants to classify and collect the household garbage.All of these advises are provided future reference for rural garbage disposal.
