Study On Environmental Pollution From Perspective Of Cooperative Governance Example

After China's economic reform and opening up,China has made great achievements,but it should also be seen in the rapid economic development of the more prominent environmental pollution problems.The long-term economic growth model not only caused a lot of resources and energy consumption,but also the environmental pollution problems,which is also a very important factor for the long-term sustainable development of China's economy.In the field of environmental pollution control,the government has played a leading role,but it can not be the only role,but should encourage the participation of social organizations and enterprises to form a complete system of environmental pollution control,which also plays a very important role in improving the effect of environmental pollution control.In recent years,with the development of the cooperative governance theory and the wide application of the western countries,its role in environmental pollution control has also been better revealed.For China's environmental pollution control,it is important to learn from the experience of the western countries and to use the cooperative governance theory to construct the corresponding environmental pollution control system,which will play an important role in promoting the development of the environmental pollution control and the construction of the sustainable economic development model.Taking the Dongwang town of Xingtai city of Hebei Province as an example,this paper studies the problem of environmental pollution control from the perspective of cooperative governance.First,the research background,significance and status of the research are expounded,and the relevant research on the theory of cooperative governance is expounded,including the views of some scholars and theapplication of cooperative governance theory in environmental pollution.Then the situation of environmental pollution control in Dongwang town of Xingtai,Hebei province was analyzed,and the basic situation of environmental pollution control in Dongwang town of Xingtai city of Hebei province was understood by means of questionnaire survey and interview investigation.Based on the situation of environmental pollution control in Dongwang Town,Xingtai,Hebei,some outstanding problems in environmental pollution control and the causes of these problems are summarized and analyzed.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the problems of environmental pollution control in Dongwang town of Xingtai city of Hebei province and other similar areas.From the perspective of cooperative governance,the application strategies of cooperative governance theory are put forward from the aspects of government,enterprises,people and social organizations.In this study,the application strategy of environmental pollution control in a specific area is explored from the perspective of cooperative governance,and through the application of cooperative governance,some problems existing in the environmental pollution control of Dongwang town in Xingtai,Hebei province are better solved,which is the main innovation of this paper.Moreover,the research results can be popularized in other similar areas in China,which will serve as a reference for solving the problem of environmental pollution control by local governments.
