Study On Environmental Pollution Control Of L Town In Shandong Province Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the rural revitalization strategy at the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,attached great importance to the improvement of rural environment,put forward new requirements for the construction of rural environment,and clearly set "ecological livability" as a new goal and new requirement.Ecological revitalization is an important support for rural revitalization.Ecological livability is the key to rural revitalization.In the process of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way,rural tasks are the most arduous and arduous link,and rural revitalization is a key project for my country to achieve socialist modernization.Therefore,in the context of rural revitalization,the issue of environmental pollution control needs to be placed in an important position to improve the rural environment and help rural development.This thesis selects L Town in Shandong Province as the research object and conducts on-site investigation and research on environmental pollution control in this town.In the field investigation,the environmental pollution problems in L Town,Shandong Province were summarized,and the measures taken and results achieved in the process of environmental pollution control in the town were understood.The environmental pollution in L Town,Shandong Province is mainly concentrated in two aspects: domestic pollution and production pollution.Domestic pollution mainly includes residential pollution,while production pollution mainly includes agricultural production pollution and industrial production pollution.Residential pollution is the most widespread and difficult problem to treat,mainly including garbage and sewage pollution,debris accumulation pollution,and dry toilet pollution.During on-site visits,it was found that L Town in Shandong Province has carried out a series of special treatment activities for environmental pollution.Measures such as rural garbage treatment,debris accumulation treatment,promotion of gas renovation projects,and dry toilet renovation projects have been taken to address residents’ domestic pollution.Special treatment measures have been taken to address agricultural production pollution,such as waste pesticide bottles,fertilizer pollution,and livestock and poultry breeding pollution.In response to industrial production pollution,small enterprises and family workshops have been rectified.By carrying out environmental pollution control work,the environmental condition of L Town in Shandong Province has been improved,and the appearance of the village has been enhanced.This thesis uses questionnaire survey and interview methods to understand the attitudes of farmers and village officials towards environmental governance in L Town,Shandong Province,and summarizes the problems that exist in the process of environmental pollution control.The main problems in the process of environmental pollution control in L Town,Shandong Province are: low participation of farmers,lack of funding and technical personnel,difficulty in implementing governance work,and difficulty in achieving sustainable environmental pollution control results.The main causes of the existing problems are: weak environmental awareness among farmers,insufficient resource investment,inadequate governance departments and responsibility systems,and a lack of long-term mechanisms.Based on the theory of sustainable development and public governance,this paper analyzes the environmental pollution control in L Town,Shandong Province,and proposes corresponding countermeasures for the existing problems,including enhancing farmers’ sense of participation,expanding resource investment from all parties,improving organizational structures and supervision systems,and establishing a sound long-term mechanism.
