Study On The Cause Of Fog And Haze In "A" City And Countermeasures

At present,the rapid development of our country's economy and the steady improvement of the comprehensive national strength,as a visual manifestation of air pollution-the haze is becoming more and more intense.In particular,since 2013,a number of large-scale haze incidents have erupted in China,and haze has turned into the public's vision.From the historical experience at home and abroad in several countries,mainly in the industrialization stage haze society of rapid development,especially in developed countries like Britain and the United States and Germany led,its social and economic impact of the industrial revolution in the process of development,the comprehensive national strength of high speed development,but in the development,or both sooner or later the emergence of large-scale haze events.With the development of economy,haze has also appeared in China due to the acceleration of industrialization.Haze is closely related to human life and social stability.The harnessing of haze has become the most urgent task for the improvement of natural ecology in China.With the idea of ecological civilization construction,the overall layout of "five in one" for the first time into the party constitution as a ruling party's programme of action in the nineteen report,President Xi Jinping again stressed that "man and nature is the community of life,can be seen in environmental governance has been increasingly valued.In China,the emergence of a number of remarkable achievements,the city governance very fruitful in the haze of governance work,however,our overall atmosphere is still not optimistic,part of the city still exists under the haze treatment phenomenon,its reason is in many aspects.Taking A city as the research object,this paper analyzes the definition of haze,and introduces Storck's governance theory as an important support for this article.The connotation offog and haze is analyzed by the method of literature research and investigation.On this basis,the relevant data of the atmospheric environment in A city in recent years are selected and systematic analysis is carried out to increase the scientific nature of the study.In view of the causes of haze,discusses from the three aspects of objective factors,subjective conditions and other factors,the objective factors mainly from A,natural conditions,terrain latitude etc.,the subjective conditions from industrial emissions,vehicle exhaust,dust and other aspects,analyzes the causes of haze in the city of A,on the current taken by the main practices and shortcomings are analyzed.On this basis,select several representative countries and city as the research object,in these places the haze event described,and the effect of the governance process obviously some countermeasures,properly combed and summarized for the A city comprehensive governance haze experience to provide reference.Finally,in close combination with the governance theory,in the three different dimensions of the government,the media,individual,and so on,put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of the haze management in A city.
