With the advantages of high processing efficiency,high precision and high surface quality,fine blanking technology was more and more widely used in the processing of automobile parts.Because the shape of tooth parts was relatively complex,the fine blanking was very difficult,and the defects of tooth tip collapse and tooth tip cracking often occurred.In this paper,the mechanism of fine blanking of tooth parts was analyzed by means of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and physical experiment.The key points of the forming technology and the key points of the die design were summarized.The failure mechanism of the common defects in the fine blanking process of gear parts was analyzed,and the defect control measures were found out,so as to provide references for the actual production of the gear parts fine blanking.First,starting from the characteristics of the fine blanking of the gear parts,through theoretical analysis and deform-3D numerical simulation software,the characteristics of stress and strain and the flow rule of the material in different deformation zones during the forming process of the gear parts were analyzed.Secondly,the technical difficulties and key points of process design for tooth parts were analyzed,and the structural characteristics of the die for the fine blanking gear parts were summarized,and the design method of the parameters for the fine blanking die of the gear parts was also summarized.And through the simulation analysis of tooth top collapse at the corner of material flow and observe the tooth at the top of the fiber morphology,clarify the reason of fine blanking tooth top corner collapse defect formation,analyzed the main process parameters on the effect of tooth top corner collapse,and through experimental verification of blank holder force and counter force of tooth top effect the law of the collapse angle,the control method of the tooth top collapse angle.Finally,through the analysis of the tooth top cracking reason,and pointed out that in the process of forming tooth top cracking of the concrete position,a comprehensive analysis of the influencing factors of tooth top cracking,the influence of main process parameters on the tooth top cracking,experimental verification of the lubrication,blankholding force,counter force of rule of tooth top cracking,the strategy to prevent tooth top cracking.This paper has been studied the fine blanking forming process and defect control results of gear parts,and provided valuable references for solving the actual production of gear parts precise blanking,and contributes to promoting the application of gear precision punching process were made.
