Study On County Resource Environment Carrying Capacity Based On GIS

Resourcesand cological environment are the foundation of sustainabledevelopment of social economy.At present,the contradiction between resources and environment and economic development is becoming more and more serious,The evaluation of resources and environment carrying capacity is an important part of the red line of ecological protection.GIS technology function system has been quite mature.It can get all kinds of factors in quantity,structure and spatial location and other information,and establish various factors database analysis and research,so that the evaluation results are more convenient and accurate.In this paper,11 indexes are selected under the multi complex coupling system,and the resources and environment carrying capacity of Ruoergai county is used to evaluate the total target.Including the natural resources factor:utilization of land re sources,utilization of water resources;ecological environment factors including forest and grassland,environmentalcapacity,biological abundance,water conservation,vegetationcover age,ecological vulnerability;social economic factors including per capita income,population density and transportation network density;the final analysis provides more reasonable suggestions for Ruoergai County Resource Environment and social economy with space matrix.According to the main function area planning of Sichuan Province,Ruoergai county is a national key ecological function area with limited development.The ecosystem is fragile,once destroyed,it is hard to recover.Research shows:? In 2010 and 2014,there was no overloading of resources and environment carrying capacity of various towns and villages in julga county,which was above a high level.?Resources and environment carrying capacity for the villages and township in 2014,the highest kyrgyzstan township township is located in the east,northeast of worship,frosty township,village and township,and west country towns also is in a state of high bearing capacity,an area of 3771.9 km2,accounting for 36%of the total area,respectively is:DongLie township,ReEr township BaXi township XiaMan township QiuJi township and ChongEr township.?The area with high bearing capacity is linear throughout the central part of the county;? Compared with 2010,the towns whose carrying capacity increased in 2014 were:BaXi township,baozuo township,ReEr township,DongLie township;The towns where the carrying capacity is declining are:TangKe Town,AXi town ship,ChongEr township.It indicates that the overall bearing capacity is likely to be strengthened.Combined with data found that:the area because of its special geographical location,topography restrictions are greatly influenced by natural disasters,the traffic is not very rich,compared with 2010,2014,the villages and towns to get certain development,for the environmental protection consciousness enhancement,such as road network improvement makes the zoige county comprehensive carrying capacity level must be improved in stability,suggests that the analysis result is accordance with the actual situation.
