Submarine pipeline,an essential facility of offshore oil and gas production,is also the key means of oil gas and water transportation.The damage of submarine pipeline not only causes economic loss,but also destories the marine ecological environment.Therefore,safety information management of submarine pipeline is necessary.The article is based on three submarine pipelines of JZ 25-1S and various industries on the safety management information systems.The investigation of social and user requirements have been implemented.Finally,the safety management information system for submarine pipeline based on internet of things has been desigend and developed.In order to develop the safety management information system for submarine pipeline,this article has done some researches as followed.1.Related theory of IOT and information management has been introducted.And then combining the characteristics of the submarine pipeline,submarine pipeline informatization and the key technology of safety management have been studied.Furthermore,advantages and necessity of the safety management information for submarine pipeline have been analyzed.2.According to system goal,demands of social,function and user have been analyzed.Then Client/Server architecture has been used to design the system overall architecture,network and database architecture.At last,specific logical relationship has been determined.3.On the basis of the system logic relationship,the article constructs the function of each subsystem.Six subsystems have been designed and analyzed,including 3D visualization management,pipeline facilities management,pipeline data management,pipeline safety analysis,accident emergency management and system management.The scientific method of satefy management has been applied to realize interaction of system functions and make the system effective.4.According the platform and database design and function of each subsystem design,Visual C# softwave and the Mysql database have been used to realized the practical application of the safety management information system for submarine pipeline.
