Productivity forecast of submersible pump wells of polymer flooding is difficult, as the polymer concentration increasing more, the submersible pump operating life and pump inspection cycle are shorter, the energy consumption of the unit increases more. It is significant to do research on the optimization design for well and pump selection of submersible pump well of polymer flooding for the productivity of submersible pump wells of polymer flooding forecast accurately, the unit operate high effectively, and increases the adaptiveness of the submersible pump of polymer flooding.Aiming at the system efficiency of submersible pump unit as the optimization target, a mathematical model for the oil wells inflow performance of polymer flooding was established,and the oil wells productivity was forecasted; a mathematical model for the temperature distribution and the pressure gradient of the borehole fluid of polymer flooding was established, and the pressure gradient of borehole production fluid was calculatd; taking constraint conditions into consideration and basing on the application of the new leaf roller of wide flow, the double defenders, and the high power and level motor, through the nodal analysis method, a mathematical model for the optimization design for the well and pump selection of the submersible pump well of polymer flooding was established; through the mathematical model above, The program”optimization design for well and pump selection of submersible pump well of polymer flooding” was programmed by using Visual Basic 6.0programming language. based on the program mentioned above, the applications of the well and pump selection for the ten submersible pump wells of polymer flooding of XX Oil Production in Daqing Oilfield were conducted and the selection of matching equipment including oil wells, submersible pump, air oil separator and double defenders and the optimization of submersible pump well parameters, were realised. The results show, the nine submersible pump wells of polymer flooding belonging to ten wells mentioned above are operating in the high efficiency area, the extent of the efficient operation reaches 90 percent.
