Since the beginning of reform and opening up,especially in the 21st century,China’s national economy has achieved a leap-forward growth,and the people’s living standards have continuously improved.China has undergone earth-shaking changes.The dividends of reform and opening up have not only benefited all walks of life,but also affected the construction industry in China.However,due to the characteristics of China’s construction industry,the overall quality of employees in the industry is not high,construction companies do not pay attention to safety production,and construction safety production supervision lags behind,causing safety production accidents in the construction industry in China to happen from time to time.In the event of a safety production accident,it is not only a huge economic loss,but also a serious risk to people’s lives.These are not conducive to the long-term development of enterprises,but also not conducive to China’s harmonious happiness and stability.Therefore,it is very important to do a good job in safety management.It not only reduces unnecessary losses of the company,but also protects the physical and even life of the construction workers.How to more effectively do a good job in construction project safety management and help companies improve safety management methods,this paper based on previous research,to improve the theory of building safety earned value.The principle of the safe earned value theory is to compare the safety level obtained from the project plan with the actual safety level obtained by the project,so as to quantitatively obtain the actual safety status of the project.To this end,I mainly did the following:First,read the relevant literature on the safety management of construction projects and the construction safety earned value method both at home and abroad,and establish an evaluation system for the safe earned value method.Secondly,experts in the industry are invited to build a judgment matrix that influences the influencing factors of construction safety,and they are scored according to the criteria of the AHP method.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to obtain the actual safety value of the project.Then use the gray Markov prediction model and the exponential smoothing model to calculate the project safety value of the project and compare the two,and select the optimal project safety value in line with the project.Based on the actual safety value of the project and the safety value of the project plan,the three basic parameters and four evaluation indicators of the safety earned value method are calculated to make an objective assessment of the actual safety status of the project and provide reference for the safety management personnel to make decisions.in accordance with.Finally,through the engineering case to verify the practicality of the safe earned value method. |
