Oil and gas processing key facilities are the equipments that have a direct impact on the human body,the environment and the production operation.They are the basic facilities of oil and gas development and treatment.With the increase of offshore oil and gas development,the problem that equipments cannot adapte to the marine environment becomes highlighted.And this restricts the development of China's offshore oil and gas development.It is important to carry out the research on the adaptability of the marine environment for the key equipments of oil and gas processing for improving the efficiency of oil and gas processing and ensuring the safety of oil and gas production.In this paper,oil and gas processing key facilities of floating platform are studied.An improved AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is proposed,and then this model is used to select and calculate the key equipments.At last,the influence of the floating platform shaking environment on the electric dewatering device and its bearing is analyzed in detail.Induce environmental factors under the condition of operation,classifice these factors,and then form evaluation indexs.Research on oil and gas processing equipment failure,and carries on the FMEA analysis to these data.In this way,environmental factors that lead to failure of equipment can be determined.Analysis the impact mechanism of various environmental factors on the equipment,and combined with environmental analysis and equipment failure analysis,index system of marine environmental adaptability of construction equipment can be finanlly determined.And the natural environment,the movement of the platform,the induced environment of the moving equipment and the equipment itself are formed.Secondly,aiming at the defects of AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,improve the scales of AHP,and turn the interval weight value into point value.Complete a new method of AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.And apply the improved method to the selection and calculation of the key equipment for oil and gas processing.Taking three phase separator and natural gas compressor as examples,carry out calculations and determine their types are horizontal and centrifugal types.And finally configurate selection list of key equipment for oil and gas processing.Finally,the influence of the platform shaking environment on the electric dewatering device and its bearing is analyzed in detail.Discusse the natural frequency of the equipment when the liquid is unloaded and loaded with different volume.Determine the frequency of the electric dewatering device which is similar to the frequency of the platform,these frequencies are easy to produce resonance.Then ansys the influence of the roll,pitch and heave of the platform motion parameters on the strength of the support structure is analyzed and compared.
