Research On The Safety Management Course System Based On Regulations And Standards

Considering the poor connection about the combination of existing safety management course and industrial practice,a safety management course system based on regulations and standards is proposed.Combining the enterprise site survey,theory study and teaching practice,this research considers the safety management course and teaching content system,and pays attention to its applicability.It originated in the intrinsic course syllabus,taking the core elements of safety management as the main line,this paper sets up a safety management course syllabus based on regulations and standards.Structure the safety management course system,which base on identification and conversion the regulations and standards,identifies the management element and synthesized point of safety management universal law and standard.Meanwhile,consider the course content,which need to be transformed to the systemic safety management course synthesized knowledge point.The safety management course system can better integrate theory with practice;fully meet the challenge for safety management in industrial practice.In order to improve the teaching effectiveness of regulations and standards-based security management courses system,Meanwhile,based on regulations and standards,it designs a practice support knowledgebase for safety management course,builds an virtual online practice platform and discusses about the evaluation method for safety management course,which integrated theory and practice.The main structural modules of knowledgebase are regulations-standards database and practice teaching database,it provides a lot of data about regulations and standards documents,successful cases and failed cases etc,helping trainees improve their learning efficiency and interest.Virtual online practice platform uses virtual online technology and combines the actual enterprise safety management forming intuitive virtual online operations.Fully using three subsystems,security regulatory compliance evaluation system,safety standardization online assessment system and enterprise security supervision information system,achieving virtual practical operations likes regulatory compliance assessments,safety standardization evaluations and supervision information systems' running.It provides opportunity for trainees directly participant in the enterprise security management and enriches the basis of safety management course teaching enormously and raises trainees intuitive feelings.The evaluation method follows the principle,basic knowledge and practical evaluations both important.Through practical operation and curriculum topics experiments to assess training students' understanding of the enterprise security management,combined with the practice application of the knowledgebase and virtual online practice platform to broaden the evaluation methods.What's more,it improves training students' enthusiasm for proactive cognition and guarantees the scientific nature and integrality of the course system.
