The economic construction in China is of large-scale now. By the constraints and impact of productive forces and the quality of employees, safety production accidents in construction industry occurs frequently. Safety production of construction industry has become one of the hot issues in people's life. It is a choke point for further development of construction industry. Safety production is related closely to people's life, health, social stability and harmony. It is the fundamental interests of the people and the guarantee for the stable development. According to the theories and the specific accident statistics, the human unsafe acts are the main reason to incidents. In construction industry, most of the practitioners are lack of safety knowledge and safety awareness. Safety production training of practitioners in construction industry can enhance safety knowledge and skills, improve safety awareness and achieve the desired safety behavior to prevent incidents fundamentally. This thesis has successful experiences of safety production training from developed countries and regions. Based on the analysis of safety production training needs, the system of training to cover different levels (management level, operational level) is devised. The training methods and assessment tools are designed. Combined with the organization characters in construction enterprise, the operational proposals are suggested. Finally, based on the Kirkpatrick evaluation model, from the four levels of reaction, knowledge, behavior and result, the effect evaluation of safety production training in construction industry is carried out with a combination of qualitative and quantitative means. It offers reference and help for the continuous improvement of safety construction training in construction enterprise.
