This dissertation briefly describes the method of pipe laying in mountain tunnel.The system research of T-shaped anchor block is carried out using finite element analysis and calculation.Then C programming and Microsoft.NET Framework are used in software design,which is for T-shaped anchor block.A simple and practical design software for designing Tshaped anchor block of natural gas pipeline is completed based on the research results.In first part of dissertation,in tunnel some comparisons are made,which are ways of pipe laying,methods of support installation,how to get in and out of the cave and mechanics method.Considering the pipe laying of low sliding support of natural gas transmission pipeline,a finite element model of pipeline in tunnel is established,which is for analyzing the stability of pipeline in practical program and studying the influence of temperature,anchoring,compensation arm and backfill on the stability of pipeline.In the second part,the force conditions of T-shaped anchor block are analysed including anchor block thrust,active and passive soil pressure,the friction between soil and fixed support pier,structure calculation,reinforcement calculation and structure requirement checking.Real examples are discussed and analysed in this part.There are four different calculation methods of thrust,which has different application conditions.However,two situations are need to be considered when calculating active and passive soil pressure,which are cohesive and noncohesive soil.Structural checking calculation needs to meet the requirement of the codes.In the third part,it aims to find the biggest stress point in T-shaped anchor block and give this point a significant protection.In order to find this point,stress analysis of T-shaped anchor block is needed.A concrete reinforcement model considering the influence of pipeline thrust and changes of designing stress on T-shaped anchor block is founded in ANSYS.The stress diagram of anchor block could be get through the analysis results of concrete reinforcement model.The last part of the dissertation is to use the C programming and Microsoft.NET Framework to design the thrust calculation of T-shaped anchor block,structure checking,drawing and stress analysis,which is helpful for improving the efficiency and accuracy in designing T-shaped anchor block.The research in this dissertation is based on practical engineering programs.All the calculation data and designing softwares could reflect the actual conditions of practical programs and be applied in practical engineering programs.The research result of the dissertation could be easily applied and popularized.
