| With the rise of the "Industrial 4.0" wave,The current construction of the digital workshop / factory building in full swing.From the domestic needs of a spacecraft manufacturing enterprises,leads to the level of digital workshop equipment vertical integration model and principles:Device logic hierarchical,data layer by layer interaction.Based on this model,a set of information integration scheme of welding workshop equipment based on Ethernet control automation technology(EtherCAT),sensor,network technology,industrial control machine and welding data management software platform is designed to realize the network detection of welding workshop production equipment.Then the principle of the industrial Ethernet used in the workshop equipment layer of the system named EtherCAT,and the implementation of the network master / slave station are introduced in detail.Based on the standard network card and the modified Ethernet protocol to achieve data communication,using TwinCAT as a distributed monitoring and control network master software,FB1111 module with single-chip system as data acquisition and communication from the station hardware.Then,the principle of sensing of various welding process parameters and the analogto-digital conversion scheme of unified interface are introduced.In this paper,PCbased TwinCAT PLC is used as the controller of the distributed acquisition network.The process data is buffered in the set buffer,and then the welding data management client software installed on the Windows platform is supported by the ADS protocol access to the data of the PLC buffer,real-time display of data,online records,timely upload,network storage,and remote WEB access.Then,the software design of the software platform of the welding data monitoring system is introduced in detail,including the design of the database based on Oracle.The client program design of the welding data acquisition and management based on the.NET framework is developed by the C # language,including the personnel / task information management,Real-time data acquisition,lossless data logging,important data upload,data file network storage,historical data analysis;Java-based WEB programming and a variety of network services to achieve.In this paper,some important functions are given the corresponding code implementation.For the welding process history data,the system client software integrates the analysis module,including the statistical analysis of the welding signal,time domain analysis,frequency domain analysis,power characteristics analysis,UI phase diagram analysis.Chapter 5 of this paper describes the principles of these algorithms and gives some of the implementation of the code.Finally,the physical information of the system is displayed and the hardware and software functions of the system are tested.It shows that the system can realize the real-time acquisition and remote management of the welding process data.In addition,the system can interface with the internal manufacturing management system(MES)The smooth realization of the welding equipment,information integration,and the system structure is simple,easy to expand,the application prospect is broad. |
