Design And Realization Of DNC Network Management System In Digital Workshop

With the difficulty of digital manufacturing and the technical index improve continuously,it is an inevitable trend for the development of enterprises to adopt information technology to realize the transformation of production mode.Using the information system to carry on the fine management to the numerical control machine tool,it can effectively solve the problems such as inconvenient data transmission and management confusion,can greatly improve the efficiency of CNC machine tools and processing capacity,improve production efficiency and management level and can effectively support the scientific research and production activities.It is an urgent need for the development and production of the products of the aerospace enterprises to connect the numerical control equipment into the classified information system.However,at present,the means of information acquisition in the production process is backward,it leads to the lag of information collection and statistical analysis,unable to provide sufficient progress feedback to production planning department,resulting in a serious disconnect between production planning and implementation,thereby affecting production efficiency.Based on the background of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation DNC project,according to the problems of the production information collection methods and the production efficiency,this paper puts forward a scheme of digital workshop DNC network management system:Firstly,the problems existing in the transmission,editing,simulation,management and equipment status information collection of the existing CNC equipment program in our factory are summarized and analyzed;puts forward the goal of improving the production workshop,and designs the whole frame structure of the system.Secondly,according to the requirements of the overall framework of the system and according to the software structure,communication structure and database of three parts,put forward the idea of modular design,described the main functions and design methods of the three modules of communication management module,data acquisition module and NC program management.Finally,the function of the three modules of the system are tested.The test results show that the design of the digital workshop DNC network management system can meet the demand of the management of the CNC production equipment.It enhanced the degree of information management of the digital DNC and improved the management level of the enterprise.The DNC network management platform with independent implementation of property rights,through the establishment of the typical production line of missile / arrow,enhanced digital DNC information management and improved the management level of enterprises.It provided the data support for production management,equipment management,quality management,cost collection and other systems,improved the production capacity of the ball / arrow valve components and the production of digital,fine,scientific management level.It lays a solid foundation for lean management,data management,intelligent management and control automation.
