In the era of intelligence,the development and promotion of smart equipment has become an important direction for the transformation and upgrading of the domestic sports industry.Various kinds of ball machines,ball machines and man-machine competition sports equipment gradually entered the professional sports and general public sports practice.The automation and intelligence of sports equipment will surely promote the development of China's sports industry.Badminton is a kind of national sports that is suitable for all ages and many people.With the rapid development of science and technology,automated machines such as badminton serve machine and badminton companion robot for training,fitness and recreation have been successfully developed and applied.Different from table tennis and tennis,badminton is composed of two parts: feathers and ball,it is conical and fragile.The badminton court has a large space and its flight path is seriously affected by air resistance.Therefore,badminton flight control is difficult.At present,there are not many badminton serve machines and the serving system is not perfect.First of all,the service agencies have great damage to badminton,which severely reduces the service life of badminton and increases the cost of training or entertainment of badminton.Second,the performance and function of the server is not perfect and the degree of intelligence is low.Therefore,in order to promote the development of badminton,it is urgent to develop a new type of high performance automatic badminton serve machine that does not hurt the ball.This article focuses on the research of a new type of automatic badminton serve machine.Through the analysis and improvement of the existing badminton serve machines,we need to develop a new type of badminton automatic ball machine that does not hurt the ball,concentrates the ball,has a wide range of speeds and is precisely controlled,and the azimuth and frequency of the ball are automatically adjusted,and enhance the function and performance of the ball system.The main research contents of the paper are as follows:1)Understand the current status of badminton serve machines on the market and analyze the deficiencies in their existence.Finally,a sports model for badminton serve was established and a new set of automatic ball machines for badminton was developed.2)Establish and analyze the kinematics model of the new automatic badminton serve machine,and determine the technical indicators of each function of the machine.3)According to the various functions of the new automatic badminton serve machine and its technical indicators,the design of the server's hardware system and the analysis of electronic components' selection are carried out.4)Using 3D modeling software to design the new type of automatic badminton serve machine and its appearance,do mechanical simulation of key components,and finally processing,assembly and debugging.5)Program the lower computer system and upper computer remote system of the new automatic badminton serve machine and its bluetooth communication,and performming a series of functions and performance tests on the ball machine.6)Summarize some problems in the new automatic badminton serve machine and propose possible solutions,as well as some prospects for future optimization and improvement.
