China is an agricultural country.In the face of the harm of diseases and pests,pesticide spraying is one of effective ways to prevent and improve agricultural production.However,due to the backward spray technique,pesticide of waste and environmental pollution becomes a very serious problem.In order to improve the efficiency of chemical application,on-line-mixing pesticide is worthy of studying.In this paper,from the aspect of flow image to research on the on-line-mixing effect of pesticide,its purpose is to improve the mixing effect of pesticides,to 1reduce the waste of pesticides,to improve the efficiency of the chemical application,on the basis of realizing the prevention of plant diseases and insect pests,to reduce the environment pollution and the harm to human and animal,to promote the green development of agriculture in China.This topic mainly completed the following works:(1)In the above fundamental research foundation of the status of on-line-mixing pesticides at home and abroad,the dynamic flow image display technologies such as tracer method,optical method,additional heat and the flow of energy was summarized.The dynamic image display technology in the research of multiphase flow mixing technology was examined.(2)The mechanism of on-line-mixing pesticides test system was studied which is a critical component in the direct of image data acquisition system of the on-line-mixing pesticides.Based on on-line sampled flow image in pesticide online hybrid test system,the theoretical basis of image data processing scheme was designed and analysed.(3)On the basis of the theory,the on-line-mixing pesticide test system was designed.The emphasis is the design of image acquisition system.The high speed camera,acquisition card,camera,workstations all were compared to determine the appropriate hardware devices based on the factors,such as performance,functionality and cost.The XCAPTM Software and stream7 Software were compared to determine the optimal Software system.In combination with on-line mixing pesticide test system,the design of the whole experiment system was realized.According to the theory of design,the high speed camera,the acquisition card,the camera,the black lights,the Matlab software,Stream7 software were selected and bought.In this way,the on-line-mixing test bench and the image acquisition system were built up.The setting up of the whole on-line-mixing pesticide test system was completed.(4)According to the different characteristics of the medium,many factors were considered such as the performance of the dissolving effect,the tracer brightness level and the price.The appropriate tracer was chosen.Adding the appropriate tracer,according to the factors such as the image pixels of the flow images,the exposure and the acquisition speed of cameras,the camera and software acquisition were debugged.The acquiring images from the software were pretreated and the flow visualization of on-line mixing of pesticide was showed.(5)From the macroscopic approach of bubbles to the treatment of particle distribution area and in the last,the micro approach of pixels,the percentage of pesticide mixed with water in the pictures was constantly exacted from the easy to the difficult and complicated.The calibration of pure water and pure medicine were carried on to map the percentage of the pixel corresponding to the actual concentration ratio.The pesticide concentration effect from the Angle of the transverse and horizontal longitudinal of two-dimensional and three dimensional were analysed to get the actual mixture of each part in the drug based on the flow of the Matlab image processing.Finally,from the perspectives of the average and the median of the region of interest to reduce the problem of uneven distribution,further precise quantitative of mixed effect the authenticity of the data was analysed.The program of image data processing software was designed.(6)The quantitative image processing of three different medium such as water,vegetable oil and silicone oil was researched.The pesticides from the three properties of pesticides on water solubility,emulsification and fat soluble was analysed.In this way,the rigor of the experimental results were highlighted and the feasibility of pesticide on-line hybrid test system was verified.
