Study On The Structure And Properties Of Two Needle Bed Jacquard Two Color Forming Shoes

The double needle bed jacquard forming shoe not only has the characteristics of diversified patterns and rich flower patterns,but also can be formed once in a small amount,reducing the post-processing flow.In view of the cumbersome procedures of traditional upper production,serious waste of raw materials and inefficiency,forming shoe has great advantages.However,because of the diversity of the pattern structure of the jacquard shoes,the properties of various structures are quite different.At present,in the existing research,there are few articles that elaborate on the organizational structure and shoe material properties of warp knitting jacquard.Therefore,this subject has carried out a series of studies,hoping to provide new ideas for the design,development and production of jacquard double-needle bed shoe through the following several aspects.Firstly,based on the market and actual production conditions,this paper summarized the equipment and processes of the double-needle bed jacquard shoe materials,the combing configuration of the equipment,the common raw materials,the jacquard technology,and the popular jacquard organization;and this paper explored the realization method of the two-color effect of the jacquard shoe material on the market and the advantages and disadvantages of the different methods and their actual application;starting from the consumer's demand for shoe materials,the forming shoe material was divided,and the design methods of different regions were elaborated,including regional functions,design goals,and common structures,etc.;starting from the actual production conditions of the factory,the modeling methods,calculation methods,and commonly used organizational structures of formed shoe materials were discussed in depth.Secondly,based on the practice of brand dealers and OEM factories,the common test items,test methods,and performance requirements of footwear products were summarized,and a simple test was performed on the properties of the forming shoe products produced by the factory to verify the forming shoes.Different regions have different anti-destructive capabilities,and it is really necessary to analyze and study the structural performance of different regions separately.Based on the market conditions and the significance of the topics,the test items are selected,and a performance test program for the double-needle bed jacquard shoes was designed.,proofing and testing.Then in-depth analysis and research were conducted on the main performances of the jacquard structure used in shoe materials: tensile and tear properties.On the one hand,the fabric structure deformation,damage and stress conditions of the test specimens were studied,and the differences in the transverse and longitudinal tensile curve trends were discussed.At the same time,the relationship between structure and properties was analyzed in depth;The paper used regression analysis and other statistical methods to quantify and analyze the test results and the coil structure,and further explored the intrinsic link and impact between the two,and analyzed and summarized the impact of structural and non-uniform fabric performance.Finally,the other properties of the jacquard structure used in shoe materials were studied.The wear resistance,air permeability and burst test results were analyzed.On the one hand,a thorough theoretical analysis of the deformation and damage of fabrics and coil structures and their impact on performance was conducted.On the other hand,based on theoretical studies,the organizational structure was quantified and subjected to regression analysis,and the influential relations between structure and performance were studied in depth and summed up.The paper hope this can provide reference of improving the performance of shoe materials through these analysis of the impact of the structure of the different cloth.This subject mainly analyzes and studies the equipments and process of double-needle bed two-color forming shoe materials,two-color effect testing method,partition and structure,etc.,and explores the relationship between various performances and structural factors of different jacquard structure of shoe materials.We hope these can provide guidance.for the production and application of the double needle bed jacquard shoe materials...
