Resource-based cities,as cities that rely on natural resources and developed,have played a significant role in the industrialization of a country or region and the progress of the national economy.However,the extensive mode of development adopted by resource-based cities makes it provide resources and energy guarantees for rapid economic growth.At the same time,the environmental problems caused by it have a serious impact on urban ecological security,and constitute a long-term development of resource-based cities.Constraints and restrictions.The construction of a resource-based urban ecological security early warning system takes the ecological status of resource-based cities as the research object,based on the analysis of its ecological security status,and forecasts and regulates changes in the future of ecological security.This is an upgrade and guarantee resource type.Urban Ecological Security and Important Measures for Long-term Development of Resource-based Cities.Based on a review of related concepts,theoretical foundations,and related domestic and foreign research literature,the paper constructed a set of resource-based urban ecological security early warning system.The system can be roughly divided into two parts:the forecast part and the response part.The forecasting part includes:designing the early warning index system based on the SDI model,determining the safety standards for the indicators,calculating the ecological safety alert index of the resource-based cities,and combining the determined index weights and the processing results of the indicator standard values,and determining the adaptation specificity based on the principle of normal distribution.To study the criteria for assessing police intelligence in the region,and finally using the RBF neural network model to predict the trend of ecological security.The response part includes:response to the main body,ecological security response control simulation,response control objects and response control measures and measures.among them.Responsive to the regulation and simulation,sensitivity analysis method was used to select the factors that have the greatest impact on ecological security.The specific response regulation can use legal means,planning means,administrative means,policy means and decision-making means to formulate specific measures.In the end,Yulin,a typical resource city,is chosen as the empirical research object.The results show that the overall ecological security early warning index of Yulin has been rising in the past seven years from 2010 to 2016,but it is still in a critical state of safety.According to the forecast result of future trend,by 2020,the warning index of ecological security "state"subsystem in Yulin city has been greatly increased,the ecological security early warning index of "stress" subsystem has decreased slightly,and the "immune" subsystem has fluctuated trend.Through the simulation of the three subsystems,it was found that the "stress" subsystem had the greatest impact on the whole ecosystem,followed by the "immune" subsystem and the"state" subsystem.The results showed that to improve the ecological security of Yulin,the first is to improve the condition of the stress subsystem,and the second is to strengthen the immune ability of the immune subsystem.According to the weight of each subsystem,it is found that the four factors with less weight play a more important role in the ecosystem,and in the "stress"subsystem,through the adjustment and simulation of individual factors with high weight in each subsystem,it is found that in the "state" subsystem,the four factors with less weight play a more important role in the ecosystem.The weight of the three factors is greater,but the single factor of "immune" subsystem is small.The promotion of the whole situation needs the joint action of each factor.Finally,based on the above analysis results and control simulation results,five response measures are proposed to improve ecological security in Yulin City.
