The inaccurate coordinate system of side-mounted measuring machine makes it difficult to realize the high-precision measurement of large gear when the gear is measured by rectangular coordinate method.In order to solve the above problems,in this thesis,the influence law of the measurement coordinate system establishment error on gear measurement result is studied,and the method of calibrating measuring coordinate system with standard involute artifact is used to reduce the influence of the measurement coordinate system establishment error on gear measurement accuracy.(1)The specific position of tooth profile,spiral line and contact line measured by the side-mounted measuring machine and the calculation and evaluation process of gear characteristic line deviation based on rectangular coordinate method are determined.According to the generated superimposed characteristic line deviation gear characteristic line data,the correctness of calculation and evaluation formula of gear characteristic line deviation is verified by simulation experiment.(2)The model of the influence of the measurement coordinate system establishment error of the side-mounted measuring machine on the gear characteristic line measurement is established.Generated gear characteristic line data according to the position distribution of gear characteristic line.The error law of the measurement coordinate system when the laser tracker method is used to establish the measurement coordinate system,and the measurement coordinate system establishment error is generated.Monte Carlo method is used to analyze the influence of the measurement coordinate system establishment error on the gear characteristic line measurement results at different distribution positions.Measuring the gear characteristic line when the line between the two ends of the tooth profile in the value range parallel to the X axis.The influence of the coordinate system establishment error on the accuracy of gear measurement results can be effectively reduced by reducing the coordinate offset of the origin along the X-axis and the angular pendulum momentum of the coordinate system about the X-axis.(3)A model to solve the center coordinates of the base circle and the starting angle of involute for the standard involute artifact are established in the measurement coordinate system with errors.According to the generated involute artifact data of the superimposed measuring coordinate system establishment error and tooth profile deviation.Through the dimensional-reduction algorithm of the calibration measuring coordinate system by means of simulation experiments,the center coordinates of the base circle were solved with the optimization goal of minimizing the total tooth profile deviation.Sub-micron measurement coordinate system establishment accuracy and accurate tooth profile measurement results can be obtained.This method is not only suitable for the measurement coordinate system calibration of the side-mounted measuring machine,but also for the measurement coordinate system calibration of optical measurement method.The method proposed in this thesis can effectively reduce or eliminate the influence of the measurement coordinate system establishment error of the side-mounted measuring machine on the accuracy of gear measurement results,and provide guidance for the development and application of the measurement program of the side-mounted measuring machine.
