Oil and gas pipeline is used as important channel of energy transmission and an important infrastructure to maintain sustained economic development and ensure social life.Shanxi is a big province of coal resources.The area of underground goaf which was caused by coal mining had reached more than 5000 square kilometers,forming nearly 3000 square kilometers of goaf collapse area in Shanxi province.These goaf collapsing areas will cause stretching,bending and shearing deformation of pipeline,the leakage of oil and gas,and even leading to explosion and other major accidents.Therefore,the research on intelligent straightening device of oil and gas pipeline is of great significance.This paper designed a set of intelligent straightening device of oil and gas pipelines.The device was mainly composed of mechanical structure part and monitoring control part.Among them,the mechanical structure of intelligent straightening device of oil and gas pipeline could be adjusted the support height and support width,and had the adaptive performance of the transmission system.The monitoring and control system of the device could carry out remote monitoring and intelligent control in the mining subsidence area,so as to ensure the normal operation of the pipeline.The 3D model of intelligent straightening device of oil and gas pipeline was established by using Solid Works software.The static and modal simulation of the key parts of intelligent straightening device was studied by the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench.The research results showed that the key components of the intelligent straightening device of oil and gas pipelines met the strength requirements and the total deformation was small.The natural frequency of the first six modes of the intelligent straightening device and the exciting frequency of the fast motor and the slow motor were quite different in the transmission system.Therefore,the operation of the fast motor and the slow motor would not cause the resonance of the intelligent straightening device in theory.The FLUENT software was used to simulate the outflow field simulation of the intelligent straightening device of oil and gas pipeline.The results indicated that with the increase of the standard wind speed grade from zero to twelve,the force of the outer surface of the intelligent straightening device was increasing and got the corresponding data in the fluid entrance direction.Then,the kinematics simulation of the intelligent straightening device of oil and gas pipeline was carried out by using ADAMS software.The results revealed that,under the zero to eight level standard wind speed conditions,the intelligent straightening device could carry out emergency disposal of oil and gas pipeline.Under the nine level standard wind speed conditions,the intelligent straightening device of oil and gas pipeline would fall down and the emergency disposal operation could not be carried out.Therefore,under the condition of eight and below standard wind speed,the intelligent straightening device had good stability and was also convenient for emergency disposal.The test platform of intelligent straightening device was completed.The speed test,bearing capacity test,modal test research and vibration test research of intelligent straightening device were carried out.The test results showed that the slow speed of the intelligent straightening device was 6.1mm/min,which was consistent with the theoretical design and met the technical requirements.The speed was 286.9mm/min,which was convenient for the adjustment of the position of the hook.The bearing capacity of the intelligent straightening device could reach 3t,so it met the technical requirements.Under the slow speed condition,the natural frequency of the intelligent straightening device was quite different from the vibration frequency,and the resonance phenomenon would not occur.In the fast condition,the natural frequency of each measuring point in the intelligent straightening device was different from the vibration frequency,and the resonance phenomenon would not occur.Therefore,the intelligent straightening device could carry out the emergency disposal under the condition of fast and slow speed.It was reasonable to judge the structure of the device.
