Research On Ecological Security Evaluation Of Harbin

With the accelerating of urbanization, the problems such as resource depletionand ecological crisis attract the human health, and influence the city progress andlife. The demand of human economic, social activities leads to development andutilization of resources and environment increasing strength and results from theserious ecological environment, and the ecological environment is worse. Atpresent, the city complex ecological system is destroyed and the ecologicalenvironment has gone bad. The ecological security has risen to a global problem,and the research of city ecological security attracts global attention. The mainstudy is the quantitatively analysis of city ecological security. The Foundation andcore content of the ecological security is ecological security evaluation. It is thequantitative understanding of a city or regional ecological security state, and itprovides data to ecological city construction.Firstly, the paper combs the ecological security theory, and elaborates thesystem of ecological security evaluation and the method of informationvisualization, and analyzes the factors of ecological security of Harbin central citybased on the PSR model according to the study area that defined by the contents ofoverall planning, and establishes the ecological security evaluation index system.And collect the data according to the relevant statistics. Secondly, it obtains theweights of ecological security evaluation index by the AHP method and thesuggestion of experts, and then calculates the ESI of Harbin central city, anddetermines the level of ecological security evaluation. Simultaneously, it has thespatial analysis of each boroughs of Harbin central city by data vectorization inGIS, and it has the spatial visualization of the result of Harbin ecological securityevaluation. Finally, the paper vertically analyzes the trend of Harbin ecologicalsecurity from2006to2011, and horizontally compares with other vice-provincialcities. It proposes the problems of Harbin ecological security, and put forward theplanning strategy that raise the level of Harbin ecological security from space,industry and humanistic. The paper explored the city ecological environment state,and tries to solve the problem of city ecology by planning measure. It was one ofthe necessary conditions for the city sustainable development. And it guided to thepreparation of the overall urban planning, and it has practical meaning ofecological urban construction.
