Doulonggang Sluice,located in Dafeng County of Yancheng City,is the main drainage control project of Lixiahe region in the north of Jiangsu province.But with time passed,the appearance of the disease problems threatens the normal operation of this sluice.In order to fully grasp the safety status of the sluice and ensure the safe use of the sluice,this article analyzes the causes of the diseases in Doulonggang sluice,and evaluates its safety status.The main study contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The project overview of the sluice are introduced,and the diseases and their causes in this sluice are analyzed preliminarily.The diseases are mainly divided into three aspects,such as structural deformation,concrete deterioration,aging damage of gate and headstock device.The problem of uneven settlement of structures is the most serious hazard to the Doulonggang sluice.(2)Based on the sedimentation observation data of this sluice and the stepwise regression analysis method,a statistical model for the settlement of Doulonggang sluice is established to analyze the law of settlement deformation data and analyze the causes of the abnormal settlement.(3)A three-dimensional finite element model of Doulonggang sluice is built by using finite element software ABAQUS.This paper makes analysis on the displacement of lock chamber under all operating conditions to find out the main reasons of uneven settlement of structure.(4)According to the evaluation target,the safety comprehensive evaluation index system of Doulonggang sluice is constructed.And the multiplication scale method(improved AHP),extension analytic hierarchy process(EAHP)and entropy weight method are combined to obtain weights.The support vector machine(SVM)theory is introduced to construct the svm evaluation model of the safety of Doulonggang sluice,and finally the security state of Doulonggang sluice is obtained.
