The Bathroom Standardized Design Research Of The Small Laminated Logs House

With the revival of wooden building and the rise of wooden building tourismestate, laminated logs house as a form of modern architecture, is gradually beingaccepted by the public, Occupies an important role in scenic building and featuredproperties. Laminated logs house is generally sold and constructed by factory whichspecializes in the production of wooden building. House members wasPrefabricated in factory and assembled in site. The bathroom is the most difficultpart of the construction in the laminated logs house because it has a large number ofpipelines and equipment in such a compact space. The construction of the bathroomis time-consuming, laborious and high cost. By visiting to the factory, investigatingto site and widely distributing questionnaire etc, I found that there are somepractical problems in the design and construction of the bathroom of laminated logshouse. Because bathrooms are not always the same, so we need to disassemblydesign before the construction of each bathroom, which Increased lots of workload.And the construction of bathroom of laminated logs house exists manyunreasonable questions which cause bathroom cannot meet market demand ofdiversification.Based on the above, I proposed the idea of bathroom standardization oflaminated logs house. I wish to solve the problem which bathroom istime-consuming, laborious and costly and improve unreasonable part of the currentconstruction through research on standardization of bathroom. Bathroomstandardization of laminated logs house reflected in two aspects: Firstly, functionand space standardization. I wish to design several types of bathroom which canmeet most market demand, and mass produce those bathrooms according to thedesign, which will avoid disassembly design before components of bathroom areprefabricated in the factory. The components of bathroom can also be universal andmass prefabricated. Secondly, construction standardization. I wish to split bathroominto several units which are some prefabricated boards and can be prefabricated inthe factory, transported to site and quickly assembled. This construction method cansolve the problem that the bathroom is time-consuming and laborious, reduce thecost of production. The construction of bathroom mainly contains itself constructionof prefabricated boards, connection construction of prefabricated boards andconstruction of bathroom hydropower. Based on the current construction practices, Iimprove the construction of prefabricated bathroom to solve the current practicalproblems and make bathroom can meet practical needs.
