Research On Rural Residential Building Products In Guangde District Of Xuancheng Based On Standardization Concept

With the continuous development of China’s economy,the level of urbanization is increasing,and a large number of rural population is losing.The decline of Chinese traditional villages has become a fact,and the disappearance of the vitality of the village has also brought serious social problems.In view of the needs,China has begun the construction of beautiful countryside.The key to the rural residential housing is the important link of rural construction.In China’s current rural development and construction mode,there are many problems such as the lack of unified design standards,low construction efficiency,high construction cost and incomplete village style.From the perspective of development,standardized residential building products can better control construction quality products,reduce construction costs and improve construction efficiency by means of the advantages of industrial production.Based on the above research background,this paper studies the lack of standardized housing design in rural areas in China.The rural residential buildings in Guangde area of Xuancheng are studied in a standardized perspective,and the standardized design strategy of rural residential building products is put forward.First,the characteristics of standardized products are analyzed,and the differences of urban standardized residential products and rural standardized residential products are explored by comparing the cases.Secondly,the basic situation of rural families and farm houses in Guangde area of Xuancheng city was investigated,and the typical layout and space size data were obtained.Moreover,based on the data of on-the-spot research,based on modular design techniques,we design basic unit modules by establishing basic modulus,and then conduct standardized product design for all kinds of building components and accessories.Finally,on the basis of the design of the basic module cell library,according to the needs of different families,a variety of standardized layout are put forward,and the standardized housing monomer group design is also classified.
