Because of geographical and climatic reasons, our country continued to sufferagainst earthquakes, that disaster prevention has become a daunting task. For thevictims to provide a safe place of refuge, and the corresponding emergency shelterfacilities, is one of the effective measures to cope with disasters and aftershocks.Through comparative study on the status of refuge spaces and emergencyfacilities at home and abroad, learn from the experiences in Japan, according todomestic status quo are presented?full use of various disaster prevention measures forcommon species, integrated of related design elements, under limite conditions,attempt to find the most effective and comprehensive to respond to disasters facilitydesign. Thesis focused on the following elements:First, the thesis start from a realistic analysis?analyzes the current situation ofChina's construction of emergency shelters and facilities, and carry out the status of theconstruction of a large number of foreign-related fields specific analysis. Subsequently,analyzed and summarized in our existing problems, learn from the experience of Japanproposed an improved measures?described the emergency evacuation facilities designpractical significance.Secondly, design methods of emergency shelter facilities were discussed on thebasis of authentication of Peace-Earthquake Combination. based on the analysis ofrequirements of the emergency refuge space in daily time whithout earthquake,functional requirements for emergency shelter facilities are located, and the emergencyshelter facilities are functional mapping matched with common facilities in urbanpublic space. Proposed a based on "Peace-Earthquake Combination" under emergency shelter facilities methods and design principles.Third, Emergency shelter facility design within the concept of Peace-EarthquakeCombination allows people familiar with the function of the facilities in daily life, sothat the communities affected by earthquake can take refuge effectively in post-disaster.At the same time, providing a theoretical basis for the city emergency shelter facilitydesign, the design of an emergency shelter facility was completed to provide areference for our future construction of urban disaster prevention and emergencyshelter facility design.China's current emergency shelter facilities and everyday amenities phaseseparation, not only takes up a lot of space, but also led to a waste of public resources.Based on "flat shock combined with" emergency facility design concepts can not onlysignificantly reduce the manufacturing cost of emergency evacuation facilities, withoutadding dedicated staff for their regular maintenance, but also help city residentsunderstand the operation of non-seismic period of emergency shelter facilities forResearch on emergency shelter facilities is of great significance.
