The experiment is an important means to improve products and optimize processes in science and engineering. Crushing experiment applies forces such as load and speed on experiment stones in experiment equipment. From characters including crumbliness,gradation and selective crushing, the actual work performance of the experiment subject is judged, which can determine the degree of crushing equipment in accordance with the operating requirements. Two times of acceleration type synchronous rotor of vertical shaft impact crusher is a kind of experiment equipment that has the above performance.According to the gradation continuity of crushing material products and selective crushing of materials, this paper makes a theory analysis in structure and a whole and part structure design about two times of acceleration type synchronous rotor of vertical shaft impact crusher in order to meet the need of the experiment.Through the theory analysis, it can be known that the throwing circle radius of material's stock guide is the core element of the rotor and radius ratio of the rest minute material cones affects the speed and angle of material from the stock guide when throwing. The material's kickoff velocity and projectile angle determine the collision effect by material and strike plate outside of the rotor, and further affect crushing effect of products. The research shows that the installation radius of strike plate getting of two times the acceleration is influenced by the throwing circle radius of material's stock guide. That is to say that the when circle radius of stock guide is determined, the installation radius of strike plate and angle lagging behind the stock guide are certain.For experiment machine rotor as a reference frame, the motion trail after material flies from the stock guide is spiral line. Besides, the shape of the material's motion trail is influenced by throwing circle radius of stock guide. When the stock guide is determined, the material's motion trail is certain and the installation position of strike plate is in this spiral line.The only difference of the different installation positions lies in that if the strike speeds received by material are not the same ones, the crashing strengths put on material is also different. Limited in the range of projectile angle, the throwing circle radius of stock guidehas a reasonable range(from 0.05 mm to 0.3mm). When the four circle radii of stock guide are different from each other, the gradation continuity of crushing material is better.The study finds that when the radius of stock guide is determined, the key element that affects material's selective crushing is width of strike plate. And when the force range of crushing material is certain, the width of strike plat cannot be influenced by the throwing circle radius of stock guide.
