The impact crusher is a new type and high efficient crushingequipment, its features are: small size, simple structure, big crushing ratio, low energy consumption, strong production capacity, product sizeuniformity, and selective crushing function, fully meet the new process of"more crushing and less grinding", has a very important position in thebroken processing. The rotor system of impact crusher is the corecomponent of the machine, its dynamics and dynamic characteristics arevery important to design the crusher. This paper study its dynamics anddynamic characteristics of the crusher rotor system by using ANSYS finiteelement analysis software. In the maximum crushing force calculation of the rotor and material, because the shape of the material variety, there is calculation error in thecalculation of maximum crushing force that the part is the rule squarematerial by spherical model. This paper regard it as a cube, usingANSYS\LSDYNA software to calculate maximum crushinforce b_g ythe cube model, and compared the maximum crushing force with thecalculation of spherical model, analysis the collision time of the cubeModel and effect of contact surface size on the maximum crushing force.Analysis the stress distribution of the rotor in the extreme conditions. The rotor system subjected to vibration that caused by the vibrationof the motor in the work. When the natural frequency and the rotorexcitation source is close or the same it can cause resonance, theresonance can easily cause structural damage. This paper used ANSYSsoftware to impact crusher rotor in the free state and the elastic constraintcondition, influence of the rotor frame spacing、 hammer platenumber、 rotor frame diameter to the lower natural frequency of the rotorsystem. There is more influence that the bearing stiffness and rotor framespacing on the rotor low frequency, the influence of the rotor frameradius to rotor low-level frequency relate to rotor frame spacing, while thenumber of the hammer plate has little influence on the low-orderfrequency of the rotor. These conclusions are useful to more reasonable structural design for the rotor, to avoid the natural frequency of the rotorsystem closed speed and to prevent resonance.Produced a narrow simplified rotor, respectively to solving itslow-level frequency with modal analysis of the finite element method andexperimental analysis, and validation of the finite element analysis resultsof reliability...
