Vertical shaft impact crusher,a key component of crushing,is an important factor in ensuring the quality of Manufactured sand product line.In the process of sand making,the particles are accelerated by the high-speed rotor,and then hit the hammer of the rotor,which causes the hammer wear seriously and frequent replacement.The inconsistent wear of all the hammers will affect the dynamic balance of the rotor and all the hammers need to be replaced.The bad wear uniformity of one hammer also needs to be replaced.Therefore,it is great significance to study the wear uniformity of the hammer.This paper analyzes the wear of the hammer of the crusher,uses discrete element method software EDEM to analyze the force characteristics of the hammer,the force and relative velocity between particle and the hammer,and initially judge the wear type of the hammer.Combined with the morphology of the hammer surface determine the wear type hammer for impact wear.The experiment scheme of the wear of the hammer was designed.The wear of the hammer was obtained by 3D scanner and reserve modeling software,and the results were compared with simulations.Then,the advantages and disadvantages of five existing wear calculation methods were gotten.Based on the existing calculation methods of impact wear,combined with Hertz contact theory and fracture mechanics,a calculation suitable for the wear of the hammer is deduced and the rationality of the method is verified.By using EDEM software,a single rule simulation experiment is carried out on the production parameters and rotor structure parameters affecting the wear uniformity of the hammer,and the change rule of the ware uniformity of the hammer under different production parameters and structure parameters were obtained.The wear of all hammers was obtained and the reasons for the inconsistent wear of all hammer were analyzed.Under the premise of ensuring the crushing,the orthogonal experimental technology is used to optimize the rotor structural parameters,and the order of primary and secondary influencing the wear uniformity of the hammer were obtained.Comparing the simulation results before and after optimization,it is found that the optimized hammer decreases the average value of the hammer wear,improves the wear uniformity and raises the particle throwing speed.
