The quality of H engine parts supplier assurance ability and hippocampus of supplier management level, with the joint venture brand car companies have certain gap.Firstly, combined with the practical background of H company, puts forward the research problem, purpose and significance of research, the main content and technical route of study; comparative analysis of the present situation of the domestic part of the incoming inspection car engine parts, including Shanghai Volkswagen,Zhengzhou Nissan, FAW TOYOTA and other joint venture brand car prices, the Great Wall, Chery, JAC and other independent brand car enterprises, which draw on the experience of construction and H engine parts measurement system to find the direction.Secondly, further analysis on the current situation of H Company Engine: on the one hand, analyzes H company’s quality management system, focus on supplier quality management and the overall situation of the current H engine parts supplier,from capital structure and audit two aspects; on the other hand, in-depth analysis of the H company of the original incoming inspection and summed up the problems, such as the existence of inspection of waste, sampling scheme is not scientific, parts for inspection time, inspection side rectification effect is not obvious.Then, based on the full use of existing H resources, without increasing the cost of the test, after much discussion, summed up the solution. The solution is to practice more than half a year’s time in the H engine in the actual production, and verify its effectiveness, and in view of the shortcomings and further optimize the measurement system, the formation of the final engine parts, including parts inspection in the supply chain should be adjusted and optimized in the company H parts inspection.Proved by practice, this research has made the following achievements in two aspects:(1)Through to meet the requirements of parts inspection, reduce more than half of the incoming inspection work; through the normal inspection and optimization of H company, improve work efficiency and shorten the waiting time for inspection of parts. Based on the above two aspects of adjustment, the formation of the final parts measurement system, to solve the H problems in the incoming inspection.(2) On the quality management of H company is innovation, quality management center from parts to suppliers, one is in the conditions of the exemption of the specific requirements of the quality level of suppliers, including on-site audit and process control.At last, summary of this study, put forward the research results and innovations,analysis of the shortcomings and put forward the next research direction.
