JIT is the important part of production way in Toyota,and also the perfect symbol for LEAN production. E-KANBAN is the core of the Toyota production system. Parts inspection system promotes the paperless working, and reduces the cost and save management expenses. The system effectively solves the problem that the operator on site receiving too many parts during parts inspection, spending a lot of time and can't prepare to ensure accuracy. This system combined with the flexible production effectively, to ensure production line running smoothly and ensure the accuracy of parts acceptance.In this thesis, the author have investigated and analyzed the current situation of the domestic and foreign spare parts procurement and logistics, and based on that I analyzed the mode of the FAW Toyota parts purchasing logistics. The parts purchasing logistics in FAW Toyota absorbed the essence of the Toyota logistics, at the same time; it modified it according to the local environment. Take Manufacturing plant as the boundary, the domestic parts purchasing logistics can be divided into the internal factory and external factory logistics. External factory logistics includes the Milk run mode and ZYUNBIKI logistics mode.This thesis focuses on ZYUNBIKI logistics mode which combining the Toyota ‘Just- In- Time' logistics application method, and presents the core basis and acceptance check of ZYUNBIKI logistics mode. This article also introduced the project management of the development of the spare parts inspection system and makes an analysis of the whole process from staff, equipment, resources, method to cost control. The parts delivered process includes from factory's orders, provided by suppliers, and finally acceptance to the financial department of information management system. Using the system makes the information exchange between logistics links much more convenient, efficient, and greatly reduces the cost. And for the operators on site, the system improves the work efficiency, reduces the waste of not only the communication among departments, but also the work for the whole plant production site.
