Along with the speeding up of urbanization in our country,the city scale is expanding,many cities are faced with the increasingly serious traffic congestion problem,reduce the pressure on urban road traffic has come to the point where it is urgent.At present,our country most of the residential blocks are enclosed within the city and the scale is larger,if reasonable opening up the closed block,will release more space for block road users to use,to a great extent,alleviate urban road congestion.In February 2016,the central government proposed that the completed residential areas and units should be gradually opened to realize the public transportation of internal roads and solve the problem of layout of the road network.However,there are no technical standards and specifications for open closed blocks,which lack theoretical basis in the implementation process.Therefore,the paper studies the multi-objective ratio of open blocks to accelerate the formation of systematic theory of open block.Paper reviews the blocks' development evolution and present situation in our country,draw lessons from the existing literature at home and abroad,define the relevant concepts of block,the block classification analyzed,the necessity of open blocks is discussed from several aspects;On this basis,in line with the scientific nature and feasibility,combining qualitative and quantitative,such as selecting principle,establishes a suitable evaluation index,thus to build the open blocks more goals than the selected evaluation index system;After analyzing several commonly used index weight determination methods,combined with the research situation of this paper,the combination of analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method is adopted to combine the weights.In this paper,grey relational analysis method is used to establish the multi-objective model of open block.Finally,taking four closed blocks in the forest area of xi 'an as an example,the relevant data survey was carried out,and the evaluation system,method and model established above were applied to evaluate the target object.Articles based on traffic benefit maximization,cost minimization and the principle of considering residents demand,based on hierarchy-entropy weight method and grey relation analysis,build the blocks more open goal than to choose the relevant theories of system,for decision makers in the implementation of open block provides a theoretical basis.
