Research Of Biomass Fuel Gas Purifing Train And Reliability

Biomass gasification technology is a kind of new energy techniques in recent years. It is of great importance to improving living standard, rural energy structure optimization and improving farmers' lifestyle. However, in the promotion, there are some problems with the research of biomass fuel gas purifying train. Through this research projects, the purifying efficiency and reliability of gas purifying train can be greatly improved. Then, the reliable operation of gas purifying train can be guaranteed.Through literature, experiment and actual research, a suit of gas purifying train is designed and researched on the base of principle of biomass gasification. The designed small fiber filter and kernel dust collector have good performance in desorption of tar oil. Analysis and calculations of leak and explosion aftermath have been down cause there is little research of accident consequence analysis of purifying train. The explosion probability of H2 is the highest after fuel gas leak from purifying train in enclosure space, and the leaking CO is very dangerous. Safety technology of purifying train has been researched from three aspects, including fireproof, expolsion proof and leakage proof. On the base of collecting reliability data of purifying train, fault type of purifying train is cleared, thus the distribution rule and distillation function of time between failures are solved. Reliability distribution for the purifying train is done; water ring vacuum pump has the highest hazard rate. Measures to improve reliability are proposed. Through the literature, the compositions of tar oil from the gasification are cleared. Among them, benzene and toluene have the highest content. Resource utilization patterns of tar oil are investigated. Because there is not much research of economic index about biomass gasification station, the research and analysis of technical economic index of certain gasification station are done. It has some reference value for the future construction and further popularization of gasification station. Systematic study of biomass fuel gas purifying train, reliability and economic index are done. It lays foundations to fulfill the high efficiency, safety, high reliability and economical for purifying train.
