External prestressed strengthening techniques successfully applied in the bridge reinforcement engineering practice indicates that the reinforcement technology can effectively improve the bearing capacity and stiffness of structure, can reduce the deflection and control the crack, completely eliminate the reinforcing material lag problem in the other strengthening methods, new structure and original structure can work together and the deformation coordination is good. With the continuous development of prestressed technology and new materials constantly emerging, the bonded prestressed reinforcement technology is gradually used widely in the engineering structure reinforcement, and derived many new reinforcement techniques.Based on the engineering background of dongshan county water diversion aqueducts truss, this thesis puts forward the strengthening technology with prestressed with outsourcing cement base perfusion material, from reinforcement stress performance, economic benefit and comprehensive influence factors, using in-situ static load test, engineering economics and the methods of Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP), carried out the economic analysis and evaluation on the prestressed reinforcement method with outsourcing cement base perfusion material technical,proved that the reinforcement technology has good economic benefit.Firstly, using hierarchical load test method, after the reinforced truss on carried tout the in-situ static load test after the reinforcement, testing the value's change of the main control section truss in under various load deflection, strain(stress), then compared the test results and finite element calculation results, researched the mechanical performance of truss after reinforcement.Secondly, through the engineering economic analysis method, using the needed capital investment and economic benefit as the standing point, combining with the actual situation of truss reinforcement engineering, extracted the material cost,comprehensive cost investment, construction period, the late maintenance cost of the prestressed with outsourcing cement base perfusion material technical to calculate and analyze these economic evaluation index, and compared with other feasible reinforcement method.Finally, established the fuzzy analytic hierarchy structure model, combined with the actual project selected the technology, economic, and representative factors incomprehensive technical and economic evaluation index, using the basic principle of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP) to calculate the weight of each index set of comprehensive evaluation, comprehensive evaluated the enlarged cross section method, pasting CFRP strengthening method and the prestressed with outsourcing cement base perfusion material.
