Our high-speed train is located in the golden period of development, whose characteristics is convenient, fast and environmental protection, which has played an increasingly prominent role in the transportation industry. To ensure the safety and performance of high-speed trains, we must test its performance after completing the product design, manufacturing and assembly.This paper is dedicated to make full use of the existing equipment resources of the company, to create a joint production that has actual and expanding the intelligent, modern high-speed train gearbox test rig and design of high-speed train gearbox test rig and optimize the test platform. The main research content of this article is the development of high-speed rail high speed gear box test system. Put forward, the research content of this article, Based on the background and significance, combining with the actual production of high-speed train gearbox test rig development present situation.The second chapter:high-speed train gearbox test theoretical basis. The paper Introduce the structure characteristics of the high-speed train gear box, etc. and design the running-in test, load test, no-load test conditions such as test content. What's more, the paper also design temperature, vibration and noise test plan, testing the temperature, body vibration, shaft vibration and noise sound power level in the process of test, drawing the temperature rise curve, mapping case time-frequency domain, finding out the amplitude of characteristic frequency.The third chapter:high-speed train gearbox test-bed system overall scheme design. This chapter mainly introduces the component of the high-speed train gearbox test rig:drive system, driving system and loading system and the gear box of monitoring as well as data collection system. Drive system, loading system uses the existing production, according to the test needs choosing 710 KW load. Driving system is mainly composed of gear box, try with gear box, torque sensor and coupling. Monitoring and data collection system integration includes measuring system, the control system of two parts. The main purpose of the measurement and control system is the assessment of gear box processing, the assembly quality, vibration monitoring of bearing temperature and enclosure, and form a complete set of evaluation into the performance of the attachment. That communicating with data collected connected with computer software could achieve the automation of the test data collected.The fourth chapter:high-speed train gearbox test-bed design of hardware and software. The paper design for hardware and software of the test bench for gear box type based on wind power gearbox test-bed electrical enclosed structure, in the high-speed train gearbox test rig, on the. basis of overall scheme. Optimizing the test-bed design, a retractable arm has been designed, using in the test field line, the layout of instrument and the design of high-speed train running state of the gear box is the man-machine system, whose purpose is aimed at analyzing data such as temperature, vibration and noise by using various analysis methods to judge the running state of the measured components and realize the fault early warning and alarm to guarantee high-speed'train running gear box running best.The fifth" chapter:summarizes the full text, points out the deficiency existing in the existing system and looking forward to the future research work.
