The gearbox of high-speed train is a very important part of the train powertrain system.With the rapid development of Chinese railway industry,the research and development of high speed train gearbox is paid more and more attention.The gearbox housing is the base of the internal drive part,occupies an important position in the high speed train traction gearbox system.The strength and rigidity of the box will affect the operation of gears and bearings,thus affecting the stability and safety of locomotive running.According to the survey,the gearbox will appear cracking oil leakage situation when the gearbox in the process of running,so the finite element analysis of the box to understand the box strength,stiffness and dynamic characteristics of this problem to become an effective way to solve this problem.Based on the collaborative simulation environment of modeling software and ANSYS Workbench,the finite element analysis and experimental verification of a known high-speed train gearbox are carried out.The main contents of this paper are as follows.Firstly,the finite element static strength analysis of the high-speed train gear box box is completed.Study results show that the maximum equivalent stress is 114.09 MPa and the maximum deformation is 0.41 mm under leading conditions.Bootstrap start condition,the maximum equivalent stress is 195.58 MPa and the maximum deformation is 0.40 mm.At the same time,the fatigue strength analysis of gearbox box for high speed train is completed.When the special load is running,the safety factors of the two fatigue evaluation methods are relatively large,meet the requirements.When the special load is reversed,two kinds of fatigue evaluation chart inside and outside the box inside,the box front,the lower side of the box safety factor are relatively small,does not meet the requirements.Then,the structure of the high-speed train gearbox box is optimized.The static strength and fatigue strength of the box meet the requirements.And the finite element modal analysis of high-speed train gear box box is completed.Through the analysis of the natural frequency and the corresponding vibration modes of the box 6 of the gear box,it is found that the natural frequency of the gearbox is much smaller than the gear meshing frequency,so the overall design of the box reasonable to meet the locomotive driving needs.Finally,the static strength test of the gearbox is carried out.The experimental results show that the experimental results are consistent with the simulation results,and the results of the simulation analysis are verified.Simultaneously,the loading test of the gearbox was carried out,the results show that the performance of the gearbox is good enough to reache the judgment standard.
